Application:

  According to GB 1886.46-2015, it can be used as bleach for candied fruits, dried vegetables, vermicelli, glucose, sugar, rock sugar, caramel, candy, liquid glucose, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and canned mushrooms, 0.4g/kg. Refer to "09012 sodium sulfite" for SO2 residue. According to the residual chemicalbook limit specified in Japan (calculated by SO2, g/kg): dried fruit (excluding raisins) 2; Gelatin 0.5; Molasses, starch syrup 0.3; Fruit wine and miscellaneous wine 0.35; 0.15 natural fruit juice after 5 times dilution; Boiled beans 0.1; Shrimp 0.1; Qijian powder 0.9. Do not use on sesame, beans and vegetables.

  Sodium hydrosulfite powder shall be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated and covered warehouse to avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from heat sources and do not mix with water or steam. It shall not be mixed with oxidant or other inflammables. The bag mouth shall be tied up immediately and tightly after use and stored properly.
